After you have read the scientific chapter and filled the toolbox, you can now start with the calendar part.
ALL BEGINNING IS ... EASY
Set 3 targets at the beginning of the month. Plan about 30 minutes for it. Monthly goals help you to pursue your vision in the long run and to change your life lastingly. Think about what you can do and which affirmations will help you. At the end of the month, write down your successes and what you have learned. Reflect what has given you strength (Happy Moments) and what you will not do anymore (Let go). These insights will help you to define your goals in the next few weeks.
And this is how it works …
Our calendars are undated. So you can start at any time. Here you simply enter the desired month.
#2 WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE
In this field you have the possibility to write your three defined goals. Describe them as concretely as you like and make sure they are realistic.
#3 WHAT I WILL DO ABOUT IT
Besides, you write what you will do to achieve your goals. (e.g. This is what I want to achieve: to go to yoga regularly. That's what I'll do: find a yoga studio nearby and make a firm appointment. Or share my intention with my surrounding (family, job, etc.) and try to stay firm.)
#4 MY NEW AFFIRMATIONS FOR THIS MONTH
In the toolbox you have already dealt with your current beliefs. In this section you can define your new beliefs, your affirmation for this month. (e.g. I am self-confident and I can do that!)
#5 MY THREE GREATEST SUCCESSES
First, think about what kind of success you have achieved this month. What have you done really well? Often we are very strict with ourselves and focus on our failure. But also the small successes count!
#6 WHAT I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER
Reflect in the lower section what you want to do better and why you might not be able to reach one or the other goal. Was the goal really important enough for you? Have you set yourself too many goals at once? Did you hope for more support from your surrounding? Try to transfer these findings to the next month and plan the new month on this basis.
#7 LETTING GO / HAPPY MOMENTS
If you look back on the last month, what did you do good and what was not? Try to make a few notes and become even more aware of them. And maybe there will be a new monthly goal (e.g. I want to spend more time in nature and be offline for one day).
#8 OTHER INSIGHTS/NOTES/CREATIVE IDEAS
There's plenty of space here for everything. Everything what still swirls around in your head and what you want to note down.
Good luck with your wonderful journey of change!

After you have defined your monthly goals, you can now break them down into smaller weekly goals.
Let yourself be inspired by examples for the monthly reflection and find YOUR individual way to make your dreams come true.
