Examples for weekly reflection

You're you - and that's wonderful! Every person is different, pursues his own goals, organizes himself in a certain way and has different demands and challenges.

Discover YOUR individual way to use THE NEW YOU to change your life and make your dreams come true. Here you can find some examples of how it could look like. Be inspired and enjoy trying it out!

#1 Do you want to advance a specific project?

You want to concentrate on an important project and finally move it forward.
# At the beginning of the week, make a note of your weekly goal and name what you would like to get rid of, i.e. what paralyzes you or keeps you from your plans.
# Then write down the most important to-dos for each day and focus on them. Always reflect in the evening what you have achieved and what your personal Happy Moments were. You can checkmark the things you've done, so that you have them out of your mind but still see what you've finished.
# In the success barometer (to the left of Goals) you mark daily in the evening on a scale from 1 to 5 how happy or successful you are in the respective areas.
# With OTHER INSIGHTS/NOTES/CREATIVE IDEAS you can let your thoughts run free. Just write it down if something important occurs to you.
# At the end of the week you can note why you are proud of yourself at the top right and how happy you were at the bottom right.
Success is not a door, but a stairway. Don't forget that! Good luck!

#2 Do you want to live healthier?

Your overall goal for the week is to live healthier. For example, you want to do more sports, eat more nutritionally and drink more water. In addition, you have set yourself the goal of taking more breaks and consciously paying attention to your body and your needs.
# Think about what "healthier living" means to you and create a focus for each day. At the beginning of the week you might be able to name the bad habit you want to get rid of.
# Review the day every evening and become aware of your Happy Moments and think about what you are thankful for.
# At the bottom left you can notice a special date you don't want to miss.
# With OTHER INSIGHTS/NOTES/CREATIVE IDEAS you will find space for e.g. suitable sayings or affirmations.
# At the end of the week, reflect on how happy you were and enter it in the happiness barometer on the lower right.
# At the top right you will find a place to write why you can be proud of yourself this week.
No false modesty! Every change is a step in the right direction.

#3 Do you want to be more relaxed in family life?

You have set yourself the goal of becoming more relaxed and creating your islands of peace and relaxation, in order to see everyday family life with all its challenges more calmly.
# Think about what is good for you and what you draw energy from. Set yourself a goal every day to change your habits. You can also formulate higher sayings or new beliefs.
# Also, at the beginning of the week, think about what you want to get rid of. What has no more place in your everyday life.
# Make yourself aware in the evening for what you were thankful for that day and what YOUR happy moment was.
# In the success barometer (to the left of Goals) you mark daily in the evening on a scale from 1 to 5 how happy or successful you are in the respective areas.
# In the section OTHER INSIGHTS/NOTES/CREATIVE IDEAS you can write organizational things, a motto ... simply everything that comes to your mind.
# Do you really need to think about an important appointment? For this you have space in the bottom left corner.
# Reflect at the end of the week why you can be proud of yourself (top right) and how happy you were (bottom right).
And don't forget: Change is a process! Be patient with yourself and your surrounding - you will be rewarded!
